Product Description OSI VP275 Multi-Purpose Silicone Sealant is a one-part, low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant. The high-performance characteristics of OSI VP275 provide for excellent primerless adhesion to most porous and non-porous building materials. The product cures at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to produce a permanently flexible seal that is weatherproof and waterproof. OSI VP275 offers superior resistance to oxidation, UV light, temperature variations and is non-corrosive to most metals. The low modulus properties of the sealant allow it to withstand extension/compression movement capability up to ± 50% of the original joint width.
